Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

The shipping rate to the contiguous 48 U.S. states is $10. The shipping rate to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $25. 

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. 

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
