At Umbral, each order is prepared specifically for the customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

Please review all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion but cannot be guaranteed.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Requests to update a size, shipping address, or other order details must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes cannot be guaranteed after this window has passed.
